If your server has failed, it will not boot, the file system or RAID array is corrupt, or it has failed for any other reason, our engineers are on standby. If your data is stored on a RAID array, our RAID engineers regularly recover and retrieve data from RAID storage that has been declared not recoverable by other companies.

If you have attempted recovery and it has not worked, please stop and contact us for advice. Often the best thing to do is immediately remove power to the device and not allow it to shut down. We’ll explain the reasons for this when you call.

If you have already attempted initial, recommended procedures for recovery, they haven’t worked, and if the data is crucial to your company then please stop further attempts.
