Data Recovery from Retrodata » Priority Service
We do not charge for diagnosis. If we are unable to recover your data, you pay nothing whatsoever.
- This is the entry-level service for business and commercial clients.
- The fee charged will vary from £295.00 to £450.00 plus VAT, depending on the nature of the failure, file system/data corruption, and the hard drive model itself. For severely corrupted file systems needing intensive, hands-on attention, the price can rise accordingly. However, you are under no obligation to proceed if the price we finally quote exceeds your budget. For RAID arrays, JBOD and multiple-drive storage, and for other media, please contact us for pricing.
- We are able to copy up to 20GB of recovered data to DVD. Should the data be in excess of this, we will either copy it to loan media, or to a new drive – whichever is more convenient for you.
- Recovery of RAID arrays, multiple drives, some other storage systems, Apple Mac, Linux and Novell systems will all be charged differently, depending on the nature of the problem.
However, we must again stress that no fees or surcharges whatsoever will be charged if we do not successfully recover your data.
