If your HP StorageWorks server has suffered any form of hardware or software failure, our engineers will repair and restore the server, and recover your data.
We have developed groundbreaking RAID recovery techniques that allow us to recover the server itself. This eliminates the need for transferring data back and forth in procedures (that can take days or even longer) that are the only option available from other data recovery providers.
These methods mean that, following the recovery process, your server is returned to you. Fully operational. Ready to re-connect to your network, SAN or Xsan and power up. With no hiccups, and no drama.
Getting Your Data Back

In the first instance, please contact us. We have plenty of information on our website, from delivery and turnaround to what happens if you’re outside of the UK, together with a list of FAQs that will hopefully convince you that we are indeed industry leaders in this field.
A crashed hard drive – or multiple hard disks – or a failed RAID rebuild, a firmware update or accidentally deleted data can all prevent access to a storage volume and cause downtime. Our engineers deal with all failures – even multiple disk failures – and work relentlessly to reduce your downtime by days.
Quick and Reliable
We have an enviable history of recovering data from systems that have defied all other recovery attempts. Our proprietary RAID recovery methods often mean we can completely recover enterprise servers in well under 48 hours, as opposed to other providers who need weeks. We’re aware of the impact downtime can have in broadcasting, post-production and the television industry, and move quickly to get you back up and running again. From a small, 16-drive RAID to an enterprise storage network consisting of hundreds of drives.

Customer Service
Our engineers are on call, ready to step in and recover data and restore the server. Depending on the type of failure, it can sometimes be best to immediately remove the power source to the drives, preventing a clean shutdown, which can modify or delete files that are important for a good recovery. If you call us, we can discuss the failure and establish what steps need to be taken next to implement a recovery program.
