Drive not seen by the computer
A hard drive failure will sometimes mean that our engineers need to perform corrupt data recovery. Because of this, they may send you a file listing of the recovered data. You can then identify the important data so that we can check if for you. Corrupt photographs and damaged Word documents could appear in the file listing. This is why you need to let us know which data is important, so we can verify it.
Full System Rebuild
For businesses running complex systems with intricate configurations, such as computers that control production CNC milling machines we offer a full system rebuild service following recovery. All your data and original configuration and settings, including programs, will be restored as before.
