If the device cannot be accessed because there are no drivers, or it cannot be identified, we write our own drivers in-house to gain access.
If you have a corrupt database or you cannot access the database, or even if the storage device on which it is stored has failed (RAID array failure), we will be able to recover the database, repair any corrupt database, and return the data to you.
