- The make and manufacturer of the storage device
- The model of the computer or server
- The quantity and model of the hard drives involved
- Any error messages or symptoms noted in the lead up to the failure
Once we receive your storage device, diagnosis will begin immediately and we’ll let you know how long the recover is expected to take. We will also provide you with a formal quotation. You are under no obligation at this stage. If you do proceed, we will start the recovery process and keep you informed of progress throughout.
